Burr Point

Description

Burr Point is the easternmost point of both mainland Northern Ireland and the island of Ireland. It is situated just southeast of Ballyhalbert village on the Ards Peninsula in County Down, Northern Ireland. The area features a sculpture by Ned Jackson Smyth marking the spot as well as a marker post.
